Our client who is a global leader in the field of contact center solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior Software Engineer with high energy and drive to join their team. This individual will primarily focus on server-side component design, development, testing, and implementation.

SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop high-quality solutions that satisfy business requirements and meet architectural standards
• Develop and maintain test automation according to organizational standards
• Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews for other team members
• Collaborate with both local and remote teams in the US, Israel, and India
• Contribute to infrastructure components used across multiple teams and locations
• Adhere to agile development principles while following and improving all aspects of the scrum process
• Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components
• Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability and reliability testing

SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• Strong OO design and code skills
• Expertise in application development using Java, Spring, and Hibernate
• Demonstrated experience with multi-tier web application development
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and experience using MySQL (or similar)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to details
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject

SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with a Mathematical Programming Solver for Linear Programming such as CPLEX or Gurobi
• Past history developing SaaS solutions with a microservices architecture using CI/CD
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous delivery
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
