Job Details
The ideal candidate will enjoy providing Generalist support in major HR areas such as onboarding, employee movement, terminations, benefits & payroll administration, yearly salary evaluations, and employee data management (audits & reporting), etc. for both our US and Mexico offices.
This will be a highly visibility role collaborating with leadership and employees! To be successful in this role, the candidate must be comfortable utilizing HRIS and other technology tools to help us achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive HR support, directly handling employee relations, terminations, payroll administration, and benefits.
2. Manage the recruitment process including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries.
3. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; educate employees on and enforce compliance with these policies.
4. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all employees.
5. Conduct regular audits and prepare reports to ensure the proper functioning of all HR activities and compliance with legal and company regulations.
6. Manage compensation and benefits plans to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
7. Use HRIS systems for data entry, wage information, benefits administration, and reporting.
8. Handle all legal documentation related to HR including hire letters, offer letters, and claims.
9. Conduct performance and wage reviews, implementing changes as necessary.
10. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Must be fluent in Spanish
