Senior HR Generalist - Cloud Software Group

About the Job
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver on ROB engagement plans and communications, ensuring the HRBP community is well informed and engaged real-time, with resources to support their delivery of work
- Provide bi-weekly cadence of data; include initial analysis and recommendations (attrition, compensation, onboarding/offboarding, ERG feedback, etc.)
- HC and AOP approved roles/req tracking
- Partner on large scale, enterprise-wide HR transformation efforts and special projects, bringing the voice of the HRBP and a holistic cross functional HR viewpoint (from collaboration with HR COEs).
- Support restructuring efforts (working with the business to create and validate business justifications, participate and/or lead legal reviews, act as HR notifier, etc.)
- Frequent feedback loop with the HR Business Partner community. Establish routines and forums to regularly gather the HRBP point of view on variety of business issues and challenges. Seek to understand and anticipate what HRBPs will need to deliver to the business.
- Continue strong partnership with aligned HR Center Of Excellences (COEs) including DIE&B, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, People Analytics and Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with COEs to innovate and design practical solutions to address identified and prioritized challenges and opportunities, while representing the voice of the HRBP.

- Required Experience/Skills:
- Experienced professional position.
- Works under limited supervision and problems are moderately complex.
- Responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and training to others in job area.
- Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience.
