We are looking for a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our NYC headquarters, focusing on creative concepts for our marketing department.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

• The Creative Services team develops diverse assets to promote our brand and games.
• We create materials for branding, digital, print, packaging, and advertising campaigns.
• We also produce promotional content, event assets, in-game creative, and other marketing materials.

• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and animators to create materials from concept to final artwork.
• Ensure high-quality design concepts and execute creative materials as needed.
• Work with the marketing team to manage creative projects and boost productivity.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously to achieve marketing goals.
• Deliver all production phases from concept to completion, including mockups and production-ready assets.

• 5-10 years of graphic design experience with a proven track record in visual identity and key art development.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and typography.
• A passion for conceptual design and execution.
• Understanding of digital, print, and production processes.
• A strong interest in art, design, games, music, film, and contemporary culture.

• Highly conceptual with clear communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying creative ways to support the brand and games.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects.

• 3D skills are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and leveraging social media platforms.
• Experience with entertainment properties or lifestyle brands is ideal.

• A portfolio is required for application consideration.

The expected pay range for this position in New York State is $102,100-$143,000 USD per year, with variations based on individual factors. Total compensation may include bonuses, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
