Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) EAMM team as a GTM Specialist Solutions Architect!The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) works backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi- billion-dollar businesses.
WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture.
As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses.

We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers.
We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals.
In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the “first in” teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions.
When a customer needs to innovate and requires a new way to leverage AWS, they count on us to innovate with them to build and deliver what they need.Key job responsibilities• Design and implement strategic migration plans for Microsoft workloads to AWS, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.• Owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, as well as defining implementation architectures• Provide thought leadership in the adoption of .NET applications in the cloud, offering guidance on best practices, scalability, and security.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that leverage AWS services to meet the unique needs of the US customers.• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to educate clients and internal teams on Microsoft migrations and cloud optimization strategies.• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing and Microsoft ecosystems to inform strategic decisions and innovation efforts.About the teamWhy AWS?Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.

That’s why you’ll find endless knowledge-sharing, mentorship and other career-advancing resources here to help you develop into a better-rounded professional..Basic qualifications- Bachelor's degree- 7+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications- 5+ years management of technical, customer facing resources- 5+ years of Microsoft technical experiencePreferred qualification - History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.- Strong written communication skills.- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.- Computer Science /relevant degree and/or experience highly desired.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
