SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Position Overview: As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll partner with leadership to provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and business recommendations that impact decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and operational KPIs
• Develop executive-level presentations and reports
• Partner with operations to identify cost savings opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions
• Manage monthly/quarterly business performance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, manufacturing preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
