The company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions. You will provide strategic insights through data analysis, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, financial models, and KPI reports to monitor performance against targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to evaluate and analyze potential investments, acquisitions, or cost-saving initiatives.
- Support strategic decision-making by delivering ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
- Leverage financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Act as a financial partner to various departments, providing insights and recommendations to drive profitability.
- Work closely with accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

- CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Proven experience in a senior-level finance role with strong leadership skills, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), with priority given to candidates with experience in Adaptive Insights.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
