Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Lead the development and management of KPIs, metrics, and financial models to support pricing and margin analysis.
  • Provide insightful financial reports to support key business decisions.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Work closely with leadership to assist in budgeting and forecasting, contributing to the creation of a 5-year strategic plan for company growth.

• ERP and Data Management:

  • Utilize the new Data Core ERP system to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and manipulate complex datasets for actionable insights.

• Strategic Contribution:

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement opportunities that will drive profitability and operational growth.
  • Play a key role in supporting the expansion of the organization’s facilities, including the upcoming expansion in Sharon, WI in 2025.

Ideal Candidate

• Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • An MBA or CPA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience & Skills:

  • Strong background in financial analysis and finance.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are a must, with the ability to work with complex data sets and perform in-depth analysis.
  • A strategic, business-minded approach to problem-solving, with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve growth objectives.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

• In-Office: 2-3 days per week at the company’s headquarters in Sharon, WI.
• Remote: Flexible with the option to work from home 2-3 days a week.
