Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Lead the development and management of KPIs, metrics, and financial models to support pricing and margin analysis.
- Provide insightful financial reports to support key business decisions.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Work closely with leadership to assist in budgeting and forecasting, contributing to the creation of a 5-year strategic plan for company growth.
ERP and Data Management:
- Utilize the new Data Core ERP system to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and manipulate complex datasets for actionable insights.
Strategic Contribution:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement opportunities that will drive profitability and operational growth.
- Play a key role in supporting the expansion of the organization’s facilities, including the upcoming expansion in Sharon, WI in 2025.
Ideal Candidate
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- An MBA or CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong background in financial analysis and finance.
- Advanced MS Excel skills are a must, with the ability to work with complex data sets and perform in-depth analysis.
- A strategic, business-minded approach to problem-solving, with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve growth objectives.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Work Environment
- In-Office: 2-3 days per week at the company’s headquarters in Sharon, WI.
- Remote: Flexible with the option to work from home 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000
