Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing financial models and providing financial forecasting.
2. Analyzing current and past financial data and performance.
3. Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
5. Providing financial models and forecasting analysis to assist with strategic planning and decision making.
6. Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation.
7. Exploring investment opportunities and present risk and opportunities.
8. Conducting business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
9. Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
10. Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
11. Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Analyst position will have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software.
4. Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
5. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
6. Strong proficiency in financial reporting, financial modeling, and data analysis.
7. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
8. Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
11. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
