Senior Financial Analyst - PrideStaff

GA Rogers is so excited to partner with our client in North Dallas as they add a new Senior Financial Analyst to their growing team!

The Senior Analyst will serve as a key member of the corporate FP&A Team and a strategic partner to the leadership team.

The SFA will  support multiple business units with budgeting, forecasting, and various strategic initiatives, and will collaborate with leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Manage financial reporting and work closely with the FP&A manager during budgeting and forecasting periods
• Create dynamic financial models that will streamline forecasting and partner with the team on process improvements
• Lead financial reporting efforts, presenting to leadership 
• Assist with assurance on the data integrity side, and analysis in Tableau
• Drive month end close and manage related variance analysis
• Manage expenses and partner with leadership to manage expense line items
• Perform ad hoc projects for Retail and Corporate executives on an as-needed basis

Experience and Education 

** Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required

** Minimum of 3+ solid years of experience in financial planning and analysis

** Experience working through at least 3 budget cycles

• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with OneStream or Tableau a plus
• Ability to create complex financial models 
• Must be a team player who is eager and willing  to put in extra effort
• Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and in a demanding but fun role

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $105,000.00
