Comp: $95k-$110k + bonus
One of Vaco’s Fortune 50 clients is looking to add to the finance team due to growth of the company over the last two years. They are open to a wide variety of backgrounds (someone more junior in their career, making the jump from accounting to finance, etc.) as they are big believers in internal cross training and development.
The client traditionally look for folks with excellent communication (exposure to executives across organization) and natural, intellectual curiosity (candidates that broadened hobbies or activities outside of day to day work or school.)

Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis to measure financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends
- Budgeting, profitability analysis, forecasting and improving inefficiencies
- Assist with the development of forecast modeling, dashboards
- Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends and market condition analysis
- Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
- Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement
- Present and explain findings to executive leadership and across business units
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
- Advanced Excel required, Access and major ERP preferred
- Experience with modeling tools
- Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work on an evolving team with adaptability and problem solving

Pay Transparency Notice
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
