The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Reporting & Treasury is a key position responsible for enterprise-wide reporting for corporate, business unit, departmental, and board of directors reporting, along with enterprise-wide treasury planning for core operations, M&A, financing, and equity cash flow planning. This role is a critical strategic position that will drive substantial value within the organization through financial reporting and help shape the future investment planning and financial structure of the business. Aspirion is a high growth business and this individual needs to be experienced at leading an organization through a period of rapid expansion through a lens of scale and automation.
This position reports to the VP of FP&A and is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leaders, strategy, budgeting, financial planning, investment decision support, and capital planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own monthly reporting on financial results of the business including entire corporate results, business unit and service line results, and corporate departmental results
Significantly involved in monthly and quarterly board reporting of financial results and KPIs
Serve as a financial reporting partner to leaders throughout the organization providing ad hoc reporting to support significant business decisions and investments
Manage corporate treasury analysis and reporting including weekly cash flow reviews and 3 month rolling cash forecasts based on forecasted revenues, upcoming M&A, and non-operational spend (ie debt, equity, borrowings)
Develop Board of Director and Executive Leadership presentation materials surrounding key initiatives with associated financial impacts and long-term strategic plans
Ongoing Support and Development of Financial Planning Consolidation Tool Aspirion uses called Vena
Support and assist the operations team and/or other corporate initiatives around technology
REQUIREMENTS
Minimal 4-8 years of financial reporting and consolidation experience, ideally in a high-growth PE backed company
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel
Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results effectively
Passion for data and the insights they unlock
Strong quantitative and analytical competency
High level of curiosity and desire to learn new skills
Desire to problem-solve and perform independent research
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail
