What our firm is looking for:
We are looking for experienced advisors (15+ years of experience) in the following location who have a portfolio/book of clients that at least creates a revenue of $20M:
- Richmond, VA - offers remote
We will provide you with qualified leads that advertise locally on your behalf to make you that SUPER STAR Financial Advisor to your community. Do you currently have a non-compete and/or non-solicitation agreement? Not a problem! We will work with you. To succeed, you will need to also possess the ability to listen and communicate effectively, work well in a team-oriented environment, and take pride both in your work and in helping others. The highest level of ethical standards is a must.
Qualifications:
- Proactively monitor clients’ financial situations with attention to detail and accuracy
- Relationship management and client communication
- Manage and lead all aspects of pre-client meeting activities such as preparation of meeting agendas, client paperwork, asset allocations.
- Manage post-client meeting tasks such as developing meeting notes, performing financial analyses, and coordinating planning implementation with outside professionals, if necessary
- Prepare financial plans and retirement projections
- Assist with trading and rebalancing of client investment accounts
- Maintain client records in CRM and document management software
- Interact with clients over the phone and in-person professionally and respectfully
- Facilitate efficient office operations including leading and assisting with process and system improvement projects
- Participate in the idea generation, research and writing of articles
- Within the first 6 months, become the trusted advisor for a portion of the firm’s clients
- Assist with the strategic leadership of Vintage
- Maintain 80 – 120 clients and 30 – 100 annual tax returns.
- Wants to work remotely (however, local office(s) can be arranged if the advisor does not want to work on a remote basis).
Personal Qualities:
- Deep client engagement - build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, such as addressing all aspects of a client's financial life.
- Advanced Financial Analysis and customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to contribute at any level with key stakeholders.
