The Primary Care Organization Finance team helps support the Conviva and CenterWell clinic operations, which have more than 200 centers across the country and jointly serves as the nation's preeminent patient-centric primary care provider for seniors.
The Senior Finance Professional will complete financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) associate analysis, personnel expenses and other administrative expenses.
+ Will perform analysis on expenses related to budget vs actual, budget vs forecast and forecast vs prior forecast and complete variance explanations.
+ Includes reporting, month -end close activities and responsibility for accurate cost allocations, as well as ad hoc analysis.
+ Begins to influence department’s strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed with limited direction.
+ Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
+ 5 or more years experience in finance/accounting
+ Strong proficiency with Excel and comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Proficient in manipulating financial data for analysis and reporting
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Must enjoy working in a dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications
+ FP&A experience (planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting)
+ Oracle, Hyperion Planning & Reporting, SQL, Power BI
+ Intermediate or advanced level user with a relational database (Access, Oracle or other)

Ability to work East coast working hours starting from 8 to 9 am ET.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
