KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is excited to partner with a rapidly growing, high tech manufacturer near Manchester, NH who is seeking to hire a Sr. Financial Analyst to help drive operational efficiency and growth. This position will business partner with senior leadership, accounting, finance and will focus on sales and operations reporting, analyzing key KPI's and metrics, reviewing current and historical sales trends, budget reporting and many more.
Ideal candidate will possess strong financial reporting and analytical experience as a current Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst, looking to take the next step and have experience utilizing reporting tools such as Hyperion and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and production aspects of business units and provide interpretative analysis and guidance to management.
- Develop growth and efficiency strategies in collaboration with units.
- Help create and manage annual budget creation and reporting, 5 year growth plan rolling forecasts, etc.
- Use operational expertise to address stakeholder questions and reporting needs with innovative solutions.
- Conduct high-level business unit analysis to identify trends and issues requiring further review.
- Partner with departments to clarify and resolve issues.
- Communicate research outcomes and recommendations to all management levels.
- Utilize reports to compare actual results to forecasts and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Participate in operational projects involving business analysis, client reporting, streamlining processes, and new financial system implementations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience of relevant FP&A experience
- Highly analytical with proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive results through others, delegate tasks, and prioritize resources.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
Salary: $90,000-$115,000 + Competitive Benefits Package
