Job DescriptionOlsson's Facility Engineering and Design Team is at the forefront of engineering innovation, providing comprehensive services for large commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations. Our expertise includes engineering analysis, design services, and professional consulting, ensuring top-tier quality and world class installations. As a member of this team, you will contribute to diverse, high-impact projects, delivering engineering solutions that make a tangible difference in communities and industries.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll lead with expertise, shaping projects that leave a lasting imprint on both communities and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to Olsson's high standards.
- Employ advanced engineering concepts and innovative strategies to navigate and solve project challenges, enhancing project outcomes and technical solutions.
- Oversee quality assurance and control to maintain project excellence, coupled with leading research initiatives to address significant engineering hurdles with creative solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship, guiding team members through complex projects and contributing to their professional growth and development.
- Champion the development and refinement of engineering practices and standards, ensuring continuous improvement and positioning Olsson at the forefront of engineering excellence.
We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Tulsa, OK; Oklahoma City, OK; Kansas City, MO; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX or Fayetteville, AR office locations.

You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well with a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- A minimum of eight years of engineering experience.
- Must be a registered professional engineer (PE).
