The role entails the following responsibilities:Own, influence, and execution of product roadmaps for key Growth areas.Work with a team of Architects and Tech Leads to define, own and implement the technology strategy for providing deep insights, recommendations to drive growthManage the engineering organization through other directors and senior engineering managers.Hire talent, mentor and grow the teamDrive e2e solutions across the supply chainDrive and measure operational and engineering excellence across the organizationPartner with other functional leaders to build and accelerate roadmapProactively monitor, identify, and resolve customer issues.What you'll bring:Experience in Data, developing Platforms (frontend and backend) and distributed systems. • Strong senior level engineering leadership expertise in medium to large size company.• Proven experience in hiring and mentoring world-class engineering teams• Leading large-scale systems in fast-paced environments, startup experience is a plus• Expertise in multiple distributed technologies (e.g.
Spark/Storm, Kafka, Microservices.
