Skills Required: ServiceNow ITOM BPC
Certifications: CIS-Discovery OR CIS -ITOM is a MUST. CMDB Micro Certification is a Big Plus. Certifications Should be ACTIVE.
Communication Skills: Good
Details: Lead ITOM BPC to conduct workshop sessions for Discovery, CMDB and CSDM, create stories and provide advisory support.
