As a Senior Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead efforts to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership through integrated communications campaigns and strategic media relations.
This is a remote role. Ideal candidates will be based in North America.
Job Description:Through your leadership, experience, and insight, you will position SymphonyAI as a trustworthy industry leader with a strong track record of deliveringpredictive and generative AI products that address specific use cases and business challenges. Your work will increase overall brand awareness, and drive thought leadership and awards program strategies and execution. This position will work with global teams to develop and execute integrated corporate and verticalcommunications campaigns. Work with industry analysts and influencers to cultivate their status as trusted strategic advisors, advocates and prescribers to benefit corporate strategy, influence the brand, shape the product roadmap, and impact the sales funnel.
What will you do?
- Work collaboratively with the corporate team and across the six vertical divisions to develop communications plans and craft messaging
- Create engaging content for communications materials, including press releases, blogs, byline article abstracts, pre-briefing documents for media and analyst interactions, talking points, FAQs, and positioning statements
- Secure proactive media coverage for SymphonyAI’s major initiatives and product launches in business, tech, and trade media outlets
- Work with division marketing teams and PR agency to identify market trends where SymphonyAI has a point of view to create thought leadership
- Ensure consistent, effective delivery of key messages to external audiences through multiple channels to drive brand awareness, top-of-funnel pipeline, and value
- Drive SymphonyAI’s awards program to develop pipeline and create and submit winning nominations
- Oversee PR agency’s media monitoring and reporting functions while also evaluating industry news and media coverage of relevant issues
- Proactively cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to stay abreast of relevant business information for PR and AR uses
- Identify and track relevant industry analysts, request and schedule briefings and inquiries, and manage RFI response processes for analyst research
- Monitor and respond to analysts’ research agendas to influence upcoming work
- Track and report analyst interactions and SymphonyAI analyst coverage
What will you bring:
- 7-10 years of communications/public relations/analyst relations experience, preferably with either a tech corporation or agency, ideally with communications experience in AI, SaaS, and retail/CPG, financial services, industrial, media, and/or enterprise IT
- Strong understanding of the technology and business landscape with the ability to help SymphonyAI clearly differentiate itself in the market
- Experience in developing and successfully executing communications,PR and AR plans
- Self-directed and results-driven personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages, including providing writing samples
- In-depth understanding of analyst and media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with analysts,journalists and other influencers
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, journalismor related field of study preferred
- Knowledge of media/analyst/communications channels across multiple touch points, including social media
- Creative problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
This role is remote, candidates will be based in North America.
