Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the Maryland Bar.
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, technology agreements, and secured financing transactions.
4. In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations.
5. Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives.
6. Need to able to handle workflow from a partner independently with minimum oversight
