As a Senior Automation/Controls Programmer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, and your work will directly impact the productivity and success of our operations. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring at least 5+ years of PLC and
HMI Programming/Commissioning experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement automation and control systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
2. Design and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) systems, primarily using Rockwell software.
3. Create and maintain HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems to improve operator interaction with automation systems.
4. Design and implement VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) systems for motor control.
5. Utilize AutoCAD for the design and modification of electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
6. Perform wiring and control system installations, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and control systems.
8. Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
9. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on automation systems.
10. Continually monitor and evaluate system performance, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
HMI Programming/Commissioning experience.

Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of control wiring (24VDC, Analog, Digital).
- Excellent understanding of AC power wiring for motors and VFDs (120V/1Ph/60Hz & 230-480V/3Ph/60Hz)
- Excellent understanding of PLC and HMI programming specifically with Rockwell Automation products.
- Must have be proficient in AutoCAD.
- A minimum of a technical school degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technician Program and/or a minimum of 5+ years PLC and
HMI Programming/Commissioning experience.
- Fluid processing experience(food/beverage/dairy preferred)
- Need to be able to obtain a Passport for international travel.
