Senior Controller- HYBRID (4 days onsite) - Hire With Jarvis

A mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Senior Controller to join their team and drive financial excellence. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite in Manhattan, reporting directly to the CFO.

As the Senior Controller, you'll play a key role in managing the organization's financial operations. Your expertise will ensure compliance, improve processes, and provide critical insights to support the organization's impactful mission

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards.
• Utilize Sage Intacct and Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Partner closely with the CFO to provide strategic financial leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in nonprofit accounting and financial management.
• Deep understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams.
