The RoleWe are looking to hire a Senior Total Rewards and People Data Analyst to join our growing team at Podium. In this role, you will play a key role in executing our total rewards programs and people ops data reporting to drive Podium's business objectives. In addition, you will have considerable opportunities to be a key contributor on several people operations initiatives and serve as a cross-functional business partner.
What you will be doing:- Salary Surveys and Analysis:
- Work with the People Team to evaluate and classify roles within the organization based on job responsibilities, market data, and internal equity considerations
- Conduct regular salary surveys to gather market data and ensure Podium's compensation packages remain competitive.
- Analyze survey data to make informed recommendations on salary, equity ranges, and other compensation-related matters.
- Compensation Programs and Administration:
- Guide People Ops and managers on compensation-related matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies (e.g., reviewing internal movement offers).
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including benchmarking, salary planning, and equity grants.
- Partner with leadership on financial modeling to drive change in compensation programs
- Develop strategies and trainings to drive employee awareness and understanding of compensation and benefit programs
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Create dashboards with insights on People metrics for monthly reviews. Present findings and recommendations to People Operations and department leadership teams, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using compensation survey tools (i.e., Radford) and data analytics software.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Extensive experience cleaning and combining varied applied datasets for statistical analysis
