 Building automation to consolidate container technologies and migrate microservices from ECS & Kubernetes to our golden platform (EKS/AKS)
Building automation to help us migrate our monolithic Ruby on Rails application to a containerized infrastructure built on EKS/AKS
Participating in design/evaluation of new tools, techniques, and technologies
Contributing to & building the architecture of our Cloud platform and its delivery
Developing tools and software applications using Terraform, YAML, JavaScript, Ruby,
PowerShell, Bash to grow our operational stack to the next level
Requirements
6 years of professional technical experience
4 years of experience with scripting/programming using Java, Python, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, or equivalent
Experience with building organizationally-scalable CI/CD pipelines in tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
Experience building and operating CI/CD pipeline infrastructure at scale for tools like
GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
Experience building developer-centric shared services platforms
Experience onboarding development teams to Docker, kubernetes, and/or CI/CD
Experience in Cloud Hosting with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud or equivalent
Experience with configuration management tools like Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or equivalent
Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, AKS, or equivalent
Experience with AWS Controllers for Kubernetes, Crossplane, or equivalent
Experience with source control using Git with a solid foundation of branch strategies
Experience deploying and operating immutable infrastructure
Experience with OOP, Design Principles, REST
Experience with Unit and Integration Testing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
