The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiation Therapist (ARRT) with a proven track record in clinical operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical and operational initiatives in Radiation Oncology.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to ensure optimal patient care.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Implement quality improvement projects to enhance clinical care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Licensure: RN or ARRT (Radiation Therapist).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Radiation Therapy (Master’s preferred).
