Senior Civil Engineer - LVI Associates

Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: LA, Apple Valley, Ontario, or Tustin, CA

Responsibilities:

• Design and draft roadway, traffic, or stormwater plans using Autodesk Civil 3D or Bentley MicroStation.
• Prepare and review construction documents, technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and field inspections.
• Provide post-design construction support, including addressing RFIs and conducting submittal reviews.
• Collaborate with project teams on all aspects of project execution.
• Resolve project design issues and maintain positive client relationships.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• 10+ years of transportation design experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, and/or Open Roads.

• Salary range: $145,000 - $185,000 based on experience and location.
