Senior Civil Engineer at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer position include:

• Experience designing and working on projects in Baltimore County/Baltimore City
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Design and drafting of civil engineering plans from concept to completion, including public and on-site drawings, and preparing supporting calculations.
• Perform engineering calculations, hydraulic computations, and spreadsheets, including TR-55, TR-20, and HEC-RAS.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictional representatives to ensure designs meet specifications and approval processes.
• Manage project milestones and deliverables, collaborating with project managers to address potential roadblocks.
• Guide and review the work of junior designers and ensure adherence to company design standards.
• Perform occasional field visits and handle survey coordination with architects and clients.
• Experience with land development projects such as subdivisions, multifamily, commercial additions, and parcel development.

Salary: $90,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
