We are excited to be supporting an Am Law 100 firm on recruiting a senior business development manager to work within their corporate area, focusing on M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets.
The firm are open to considering current senior managers or business development managers seeking to take the next step.
One key highlight from a culture perspective, is the firm's commitment to flexible working, with the majority of the team being in the office 2 days per week, below the legal industry average.
Within the role you will have a broad marketing and business development remit, which will include some of the following duties;
- Working with the Marketing & BD Director, devise and execute the marketing and business development plans for the different areas within the group.
- Proactively engage and work with the partners on identifying new business opportunities for the group, you will also be involved in helping develop and run the client relationship program.
- Take the lead on evaluating events and sponsorship opportunities that will help raise the firms profile in specific markets and areas of expertise.
- Work with the firms central pitch team and public relations team, on RFPs and Communications projects that are relevant to the group respectively.
- Play an active part in helping to mentor and develop some of the more junior members of the marketing team.
We also have some flexibility on where this role could be located so we would welcome engagement from individuals happy to be based in either New York, DC or Chicago.
