Sentara Health is hiring for a Senior Business Analyst - Operations.

This is a Full-Time position, fully remote, with day shift hours and great benefits!

Job Requirements:

Required to have BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree
Required to have 3+ years of relevant experience
Related experience will be in one of the following areas, operations, IT, or reporting.
Required to have MS Excel

Preferred Requirements

Preferred to have SQL experience
Preferred to have Tableau experience

Understanding of EDI 834 transactions
Understanding of various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC

Maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Identifying and capitalizing on process improvement opportunities.
Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will benefit customer satisfaction.
Creating monthly performance reports utilizing Tableau, Excel, or analytic tools.
