Responsibilities
Manage and oversee assurance engagements, including compilations, reviews, and audits.
Evaluate financial statements and internal controls to identify risks and suggest improvements.
Mentor and guide junior staff, offering constructive feedback to support their development.
Address complex transactions and collaborate with clients on technical issues.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/GAAS) and other regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Qualifications
A minimum of three years of public accounting experience (CPA/designation preferred).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
Experience with tools such as QuickBooks (Desktop/Online), Excel, Word, Caseware, or Datasnipper is advantageous.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to tackle complex problems effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently as needed.
