Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred); must be a Registered Architect in Maryland.
• 10+ years of experience with a focus on federal/government, healthcare, and commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and some experience with Revit.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare and present detailed designs, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include engineering and HVAC components.
• Oversee and modify project plans as necessary and assist in contract bidding and selection.
• Must be a U.S. citizen willing to apply for a Security Clearance.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
