Job Title - Senior Application Engineer

Duration - Long Term

Work Mode- Hybrid/ WFO (4 days onsite-1 Day remote per week)

Position Summary:
We are seeking SeniorApplication Engineer to manage and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring their optimal performance, configuration, and compatibility with current and future business needs. Key responsibilities include system administration, upgrades, performance monitoring, and end-user support. The role involves analyzing requirements, customizing solutions, debugging, and documenting complex programs, as well as providing on-call emergency support. Additionally, the Application Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, deliver training, and support the seamless integration of new system functionalities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):

• Manages and maintains systems in area of focus including administration, configuration, upgrades, maintenance, code migration, performance monitoring, system support, and end-use support.
• Manages the configuration of Enterprise Systems in area of focus such as bug analysis, patch testing and application, and support requirements analysis and customization design
• Reviews current and proposed software systems to ensure compatibility with other software systems and future business needs
• Works with managers and leads to define business problems and configure software systems solutions.
• Communicates with users and management staff throughout the life cycle of a given application to ensure maximum productivity
• Performs specialized configuration tasks requiring a high degree of technical proficiency in such areas as database, data communications and minicomputers
• Configures, tests, debugs and documents complex programs using specialized computer languages
• Provides emergency on-call response for one or more applications.
• Research, reviews, and implements new functionality and new application system modules
• Provides customized training and training documentation on current and future functionality of supported software systems
• Participates on cross-functional teams to implement improved business.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• 4+ years' Experience in business systems analysis.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of systems analysis and design, including software development and documentation.
