Our Digital Analytics & Insights team is seeking a Senior Analyst with a strong consultative approach, passion for driving value for clients and experience creating strategies around MarTech technologies. Some experience with tools like Adobe Analytics/Launch, JavaScript and Tealium IQ are required for this role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to cultivate and strengthen trusted client partnerships, fostering business growth and advising on strategic decisions regarding their digital presence.
- Utilize your client-facing communication skills to engage stakeholders, assess current challenges, and help develop recommendations aligned with overall client business objectives.
- Leverage your knowledge of data analytics to extract actionable insights, by offering data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing performance and maximize ROI.
- Contribute to collaborative brainstorming sessions to identify core client issues and provide solutions backed by data analysis.
- Effectively convey findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Organize and clarify client requirements, design learning plans, and identify optimal resources for plan execution.
- Support the implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Actively seek growth opportunities and contribute value to both clients and internal partners.
- Dedicate time to expand consulting skills and professional development through training, mentorship, and daily client interactions.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to help clients to develop data-driven MarTech strategies and roadmaps that align with their marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct assessments of our clients' existing MarTech infrastructure, focusing on key elements such as tools and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the integration of chosen MarTech solutions into clients' existing systems, supporting optimal data flow and system operation.
- Learn and implement web and mobile analytics, participate in data audits, contribute to quality assurance testing, and assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Some hands-on experience with Tag Management Systems and MarTech platforms, including exposure to Adobe Launch, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, GA4, various Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRM systems.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Analytics, etc.
- 2 years of demonstrated consulting experience, applying technical solutions to solve client problems.
- Certifications in MarTech platforms and tools are a plus.
- Experience in understanding and addressing real business challenges.
- Ability to align methodologies and data sources with business needs, client requirements, and research questions.
- Some experience in influencing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Client management, time management, and organizational skills are necessary for continued success.
- Adept at data analysis, with a curious, self-driven, and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional flexibility and collaboration skills for navigating complex, fast-paced situations.
- Basic knowledge of marketing technology solutions, including familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and customer data platforms.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and developing a foundational understanding of popular libraries and frameworks.
- Some experience with tools Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ is required.
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to gain expertise in digital experience optimization, data analysis, and MarTech solutions.
- Some experience working collaboratively with teams to contribute to the implementation of end-to-end data products and solutions.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with the ability to work without visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to complete the rigorous application and investigation process for obtaining and maintaining Federal security clearance, emphasizing a commitment to handling sensitive and classified information.
- Must be able to pass a Federal security clearance background screening.

This is a full-time remote opportunity. We currently have teammates located all across the country in 24 different states and 1 country internationally. Don’t get us wrong, we love to explore. However, due to the nature of our consulting agency, you must remain in the same state/time zone and digital nomads will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $72,118.00 - $90,000.00 USD annually DOE
