About the Job
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team supporting a Consumer Healthcare Account in Warren, NJ! This role will be directly supporting the Executive Director to assist with the oversight of administrative duties, facility soft services, vendor management for our building operations, and other operational activities as needed for this high-profile account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key account and client leadership on special projects and initiatives across 8 North American and 4 Latin American office locations.
- Assist in driving consistent account strategy and developing strategic communications (e.g., PowerPoint presentations) to showcase successes to clients and internal teams.
- Support with facilities, mailroom and reception operations, including coordinating office maintenance, ordering supplies, managing inventory, handling equipment, and overseeing various administrative tasks.
- Monitor and support the achievement of key performance metrics to ensure account success and operational excellence.
- Partner with Facilities and Strategic Sourcing to manage vendor performance and ensure timely supply orders for the facility and departments.
- Assist in the execution of monthly large-scale events and on-site team meetings, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe work environment, complying with Sodexo's safety and loss prevention programs, and support with monthly safety meetings and audits.

Please Note the salary range for this position is $80-85k annually
