About the Job
- Support key account and client leadership on special projects across 8 North American and 4 Latin American office locations.
- Assist in developing strategic communications, including PowerPoint presentations, to showcase successes to clients and internal teams.
- Oversee facilities, mailroom, and reception operations, including maintenance coordination, supply orders, and inventory management.
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure account success and operational excellence.
- Partner with Facilities and Strategic Sourcing to manage vendor performance and ensure timely supply orders.
- Assist in executing monthly large-scale events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction while supporting safety and loss prevention programs.

What You Bring:- Bilingual in Spanish with excellent verbal communication skills at a professional level
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong ownership and accountability

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
