About the Job
Support the Directors of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and their respective teams in the day-to-day coordination of administrative tasks. The Senior Administrative Assistant serves as an integral part of the Talent Team, contributing to the financial, operational, and cultural health of each department.
Responsibilities:1. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Talent Team.
2. Serve as a key point of contact between the Directors and employees/vendors/customers in person, by telephone, or via email.
3. Manage the daily calendar of appointments and inboxes for multiple Directors and their departments including meetings and travel arrangements.
4. Schedule and plan department meetings and events, maintains the departmental calendars, and assists with culture-building activities for each team.
5. Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, attends meetings, and take notes as needed.
6. Provide administrative support for team and employee events, including periodic travel to support the setup and operations of specific functions.
7. Produce accurate and timely reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of Talent Team members.
8. Own the invoice and purchasing card management process and participate in the planning, reconciliation, and preparation of the annual budgets.
9. Monitor and maintain department office supplies, as well as, recruiting and training resources (tables, shwag, flip charts, etc).
10. Develop and manage an efficient documentation and filing system in physical and online environments (Microsoft, SmartSheet, etc).
11. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality across all responsibilities.

Education
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
• Minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience required
• Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Previous experience supporting executive level team or in the HR field in an administrative capacity preferred.
