The firm is seeking a friendly and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors within their corporate office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling and appointments

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus

Previous experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Senior Receptionist or a similar role preferred

Proficient in MS Office and other office software
