Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports and payments
• Develop and implement efficient AP processes, optimize workflows and maintain robust controls to enhance overall financial operations
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, address queries and ensure smooth financial transactions
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• 5+ years in accounts payable or a similar finance role, with a proven track record of managing high-volume transactions
• Experience within the audio and visual industry or a related field is a significant plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are essential
