Senior Accounting Manager - Focus Search LLC

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Accounting Manager for a global logistics company in Seattle. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of U.S. domestic activities, including financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. Key duties include leading and mentoring the accounting team, managing financial deliverables, collaborating with other departments, and providing strategic financial guidance to executive leadership. This role has a strong focus on managing managers, developing the team and guiding the growth of the department as the company continues to grow. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA ideal
• 8+ years of progressive experience, with a combination of audit and industry
• 4+ years in management, experience managing managers required
• Experience in large, global environments
• Experience with large scale ERP systems
