Key Responsibilities:

• Balance Sheet Management: Oversee all balance sheet accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely resolution.
• Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial and cost analysis on balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare schedules for external auditors and manage annual workpapers for audits.
• Cash & Chargeback Processes: Oversee cash audit applications, chargeback processing, and reporting.
• Customer Liability: Ensure accurate management of customer liability accounts.
• Mentorship: Manage and develop a direct report, providing support to the finance team.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement initiatives to streamline processes and support company growth.
• Special Projects: Contribute to finance team projects that enhance the department’s impact on the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
