General Ledger (G/L) Accountant-Immediate Start-Great Opportunity!
About the company and the role:
We are seeking a dedicated General Ledger (G/L) Accountant with expertise in property management to help us maintain our financial integrity and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and variances, providing insights to management.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure accurate reporting of property-related financials.
- Utilize NetSuite for all accounting functions, including journal entries and financial reporting.
- Assist with audits and implement internal controls to improve financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Experience in property management accounting is highly desired.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Competitive salary in the range of $85,000 - $90,000.
