Pay Rate: $125,000 / year + bonus
A name-brand venture capital firm known for its successful investment strategies and backing of groundbreaking startups is actively seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its Finance Team. The firm has strategically funded cutting-edge AI and tech companies, many of which have achieved remarkably successful IPOs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with quarterly reviews and valuations of portfolio companies
- Participate in the quarterly financial close process
- Assisting with the preparation of capital calls and distributions
- Monitor expense budgets, allocations and accruals
Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of fund tax and/or fund accounting experience, preferably in venture capital, private equity, public accounting, asset management, hedge fund, or from a fund administrator.
- CPA license preferred
