Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Support AP to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month end close process and financial reporting activities
- Support year-end audit, including responding to audit requests, providing requested documentation, reviewing and uploading
- Maintain accurate records for governmental, industry, and regulatory filings
- Ad Hoc Reporting as needed, including expense trend analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years experience
- Advanced MS Excel user
- Experience with Sage preferred
