Salary: $65,000 - $83,000 per year

We provide award-winning technology and service to arcade locations across the global amusement and family entertainment industries. Our primary objective is to improve the player experience in arcade settings. We do this by providing amusement operators and location owners with game play and redemption systems that improve arcade efficiency, streamline player interaction, and provide data for business decision making.
Due to the continued rapid growth of our company, we are seeking to add to our team an experienced Senior Accountant who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and thrives on accuracy. In this role, the successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in a variety of accounting practices by managing and maintaining our accounting and financial systems.

Duties:
· Complete month-end financial reporting and maintain an updated business plan and forecast – identify and communicate risks to the plan
· Complete day-to-day AP/AR activity and maintain an accurate ledger – ensure correct booking of revenue, COGS, and overhead
· Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and cash transactions
· Provide financial insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders
· Manage and resolve aging receivables
· Control mobile payment required reserves and payouts and track accuracy of processing residuals
· Maintain revenue stream and product margin tracking and identify opportunities for improvement
· Maintain an accurate list of customers, validate monthly invoicing, and process ACH receivables and payments
· Support development and monetization of financial programs related to product offerings and develop processes to efficiently execute through a large customer base
· Develop and maintain accounting procedures and internal controls
· Support budgeting and forecasting processes
· In close cooperation with our tax firm, manage the preparation, filing and payment of income taxes and sales tax across multiple states
· Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (CPA is a plus)
· 5+ years of direct responsibility for company financial control, reporting and improvement
· Experience in SaaS models, support roles, business metrics, and growth methodologies
· Exceptional MS Office Skills – Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Powerpoint, Onedrive, PowerBI etc.
· Proficient with Quickbooks Online
· A strong desire to drive improvement through analytics and data-based decision making
· Effective written and oral communication skills – persuasion through informed collaboration
· Highly organized with an innate attention to detail
· Outstanding customer interaction skills – able to achieve company objectives while maintaining customer partnerships
