About the Job
This role will be focused on the outcomes of payroll and how it impacts the general ledger, rather than running payroll.
Great team culture and hybrid schedule ( 2 days in office).
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and reviews transactions for entries
- Extract and analyze payroll data for reporting and reconciliation purposes
- Prepares general ledger account reconciliaitons, identifies opportunities for process improvement and supports internal & external audits.
- Perform ad hoc reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required
- Masters preferred
- Minimum 3 years of applicable experience
- Experience with Workday Payroll or benefit accounting highly preferred
