Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct complex financial analyses and reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
- Support the annual audit process.
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist with the monthly close process.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Research and interpret accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff accountants.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years relevant accounting experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience (preferred)
- Non-profit Accounting experience (preferred)
- Experience with large ERP Accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, proactive, collaborative attitude

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $80,000.00 to $90,000.00
