Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and maintaining excellent cash flow.
• Handle multi-state sales tax calculations and filings with precision and compliance.
• Oversee the month-end close process, delivering timely and insightful financial reports.
• Conduct detailed bank reconciliations, safeguarding financial accuracy and accountability.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Sage 100 to streamline and optimize accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Resolve financial discrepancies proactively by analyzing and correcting data as needed.

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar finance and accounting role.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Sage 100 (preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions, including AP and AR management.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
