In This Role, You Will:
- Report to the Accounting Manager and Controller
- Oversee month-end close tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling cash accounts, and handling inter-company entries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
- Prepare month-end financial close processes (including journal entries) and financial statements/management reports for multiple companies
- Complete monthly general ledger account reconciliations
- Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents
- Assist in internal/external audits of financial and operational processes
- Preparation of sales tax returns
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics required
- Minimum of 7 years' experience
- Proven Experience as an Advanced User - Microsoft Excel including pivots and v-lookups
- NetSuite
