Senior Accountant – Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Virtual Company

About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee and manage general ledger accounting functions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage AP/AR processes and ensure timely payments.
- Taxation Support: Provide support with tax compliance and preparation.
- Auditing Support: Assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting.
- Experience with budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin speaking is preferred but not required.
