(NOTE THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION: Located in the client's office daily 8:30am - 5:00pm EST, Monday through Thursday, Work-from-home on Thursdays, no exceptions)

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Account Director to exceed expectations with our prestigious client. You must be a master at communication; excel at organization and possess impeccable communication skills. We require 3-5 years of agency or Fortune 100 marketing experience to be considered.
Direct Report: While serving in the position of Account Director you will report directly to an assigned Client Success Director.
General Responsibilities:
The Account Director position will manage key Fortune 100 agency accounts and lead campaign management and the execution of client programs and strategies. You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of new marketing campaigns or solutions and growing existing client business. Projects include but are not limited to large volume graphic design, production art, customization/updating of existing consumer campaigns, sourcing and distribution.
You will be tasked with working as a partner and advisor to the client; having visible presence with client management; listening to, reacting and resolving issues; identifying new business opportunities and implementing solutions. You will be an account advocate and will provide leadership and direction to support existing program retention and growth goals.
You will work within a fast-paced environment, excel at overseeing timelines and budgets, and will serve as a main point of contact for a prestigious list of clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Leads clients’ marketing and advertising strategies.
2. Directs a multi-disciplinary team ensuring the utmost level of client service.
3. Drives sourcing strategy procurement improvement and distribution efficiencies.
4. Applies professional skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically.
5. Acts as the Chief liaison between clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.
6. Completes projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
7. Promotes the expansion of business with existing clients.
8. Partners with other senior managers to generate new accounts.
9. Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team.
10. Responsible for meeting business KPI’s and development of business plans.
