Seed Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with farmers and agricultural clients.
- Conduct cold calls and on-site visits to identify and secure new customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Manage your own sales territory with the freedom to set your goals and achieve success.
- Work closely with clients to provide tailored seed solutions that meet their unique needs.
Seed Sales Representative Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary based on experience.
- First-year earning potential of $70,000–$80,000, with substantial growth opportunities.
- Flexible hybrid/remote work arrangement based on performance.
- Possibility of a company vehicle or reimbursement for your own vehicle—open to discussion.

Seed Sales Representative Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of successful sales experience in the agriculture industry (strongly prefer an established book of business).
- Solid agricultural background with knowledge of seasonal expectations and crop practices.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-starter with an "aggressive go-getter" mindset and a passion for sales.
- Comfortable with a hybrid/remote model, provided performance goals are met.
